It's not that there aren't any chapters, it's that the "Happy" version isn't complete (that's where the manhuar translation comes from) and they haven't uploaded anything there in a while.... The raw version (Bilibili) currently has 156 chapters and is still being released... the "Happy" version only went up to chapter 120 almost a year ago.
I don't think they'll upload it all; the previous one also got stuck around this many chapters. Even with the re-upload I requested, they didn't upload it completely, since it should have 340 chapters... I hope someone on Discord can tell them; I already tried and got nowhere.
