Cockroaches appear in Won Do-yeon’s house, who has had the worst day suffering from various obsessive-compulsive disorders. Unable to bear her mysophobia, Doyeon asks delivery worker Bok Geumho to exterminate her, but Geumho, who suddenly courts her and is refused, instead throws a cockroach into Doyeon’s house. Eventually, Doyeon commissions a cockroach exterminator active on a used goods trading platform, and Geumho, who falls in love with Doyeon, harbors jealousy towards him. Panicked by the cockroach, Doyeon also asks her father, Won Hyuk-soo, who lives in the countryside, for help, and he heads to Seoul to meet his daughter, whom he had lost contact with. Won Hyuk-soo, the exterminator, and Bok Geum-ho gathered to exterminate cockroaches. Someone dies on the spot. Starting with this incident, incidents related to cockroaches occur one after another, and the family history of Won Do-yeon, who was ruined by obsession, begins to be rewritten.
