Yes, the author stopped the novel after the reveal with Mu Xinlan and after she realize MC saved her in the past and not betray her, basically half of last chapter and this chapter is all new.
The author keep on saying many time he gonna continue, but he never continued xD last time he said he talked with the Manhua team and gave them the plot overview for the rest of the story, so they will continue finishing the story in Manhua, he again said he gonna continue novel too but he didnt again xD
